3. Our Products

We take care to present every artwork, frame, color, and product detail as accurately as possible.

However, please keep in mind that:

colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen;
natural wood frames may show subtle variations in grain and tone;
minor differences may occur during printing, framing, or production;
product dimensions may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.

These natural and technical variations are part of the character of the finished product and are not considered defects.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorized, and we begin processing it.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order because of:

an obvious pricing or product information error;
suspected fraudulent activity;
an unavailable product or material;
circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in AED, unless another currency is clearly shown.

The final amount payable will be displayed before you complete checkout.

We may update product prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Posters UAE does not store full payment card details.

6. Production

Some products may be prepared, printed, or framed after an order is placed.

Estimated production times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on order volume, materials, public holidays, or other operational factors.

We will always aim to prepare your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates shown on the website or during checkout are approximate rather than guaranteed.

Occasional delays may occur because of:

courier operations;
public holidays;
weather conditions;
incorrect delivery details;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Eligibility for returns, replacements, and refunds is explained in our Refund Policy.

Because framed artworks are produced for a specific order, we would not accept returns based solely on:

a change of mind;
an incorrect size selected by the customer;
personal preference;
an accidental order.

However, this does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable UAE law. UAE consumer-protection rules continue to apply regardless of the wording of a store policy.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Every order is inspected and packaged with care.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact:

We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of delivery and including:

your order number;
clear photographs of the product;
photographs of the packaging;
a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Posters UAE name, branding, website design, written content, product presentation, graphics, and original creative materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Artwork offered on the website is either owned by Posters UAE, licensed for use, or used with appropriate authorization.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying artwork.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

only one discount code may be used per order;
discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
expired promotions cannot be applied retrospectively;
promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

We make every reasonable effort to keep product details, availability, pricing, and website information accurate.

If we identify an error, we may correct it at any time. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide a fair resolution.
